Our Journey: The Story of Troop Capital Management
From 2014 to 2024, Evan Troop built an impressive $10.2b asset and wealth management practice at JP Morgan Advisors.
During his time at JP Morgan, Mr. Troop excelled on many fronts and secured the title of Managing Director at the age of 35. Additionally, Evan received numerous accolades from Forbes, Barron’s and Financial Planning in recognition of delivering investment results and providing holistic solutions to clients.
With recent advances in technology as well as a broad shift in market structure, it became apparent to Mr. Troop that a move to independence would soon be necessary to continue bringing comprehensive advice and investment solutions to clients.
Troop Capital Management (TCM) was launched in January of 2025 to continue Evan’s mission of delivering first-class solutions to help institutional and individual clients navigate markets and pursue their financial objectives.
Our core focus at TCM is to decipher what lies beyond the horizon and develop custom bespoke strategies to achieve optimal investment results.
TCM’s platform is highly focused on transparency with clients. We view our clients as long-term strategic partnerships, and our incentives are structured to ensure prioritize alignment with goals.
