Kyle Laney

Kyle is a Managing Director at Troop Capital Management where he helps individuals, families, institutions and businesses manage both sides of their balance sheet to achieve their financial goals.
Mr. Laney has over two decades of experience in asset and wealth management, providing corporate cash solutions and investing in alternatives. Kyle focuses on delivering custom tailored strategies for planning, optimizing and growing financial assets.
Prior to joining Troop Capital Management, Kyle was a General Partner at Delos, a digital asset hedge fund that invested in early stage blockchain companies. Kyle and his partner managed a successful investment strategy and ultimately sold the business in late 2023.
Prior to his time at Delos, Kyle spent 17 years as a Senior Vice President at Bank of America Private Bank. In that role, Mr. Laney and his team managed over $3B in client assets, and created bespoke investment solutions across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets.
Kyle is a graduate of Texas A&M University. In his free time, Mr. Laney enjoys cycling, painting, reading and working on home DIY projects. Kyle and his wife reside in Dallas with their daughter and Bernedoodle.
